There seems (rightly so) to be allot of frustration out there in the job market from middle aged white males that have been the producers, the bread winners and the achievers that have been unemployed for an extended period of time. Now it's not politically expedient that they are even employed.

It seems that for whatever reason the world is not looking for the educated, the experienced and the responsible. One frustrated colleague exclaimed. I am just mad. I just want a job to feed my family. It's okay to get mad. Get mad, go run six miles, get healthy. Get mad go paint a garage fix up clean up. Get mad, bang around in the workshop make a better mouse trap. Get mad write your congressman, senator or drop an editorial in the local paper try this one " Political correctness is not correct for the economy." How about we let the educated, the experienced and the knowledgeable, act as the decision makers the designers and the producers.

Yes get mad and get going. Get Going Forward. How many years have you solved and resolved headaches, closed issues, and made money for your employer. Too many to count. Now is the time to step out as a talented, seasoned professional to make that individual mark, exercise that personal freedom and be that intrepid explorer that this country was built by and for.

You will be a success in spite of the economy, government stimulus and your obnoxious in laws. This country is founded on and is perpetuated by the "rugged individualist" who will prevail. So dream the dream, build the prototype and market the product that only you and your individual freedoms can conceive. Get mad get going and get going forward.
